Return & Exchange Policy

  • What currency are your prices listed in?
    All prices are listed in USD.
  • What payment methods do you accept?
    We accept all major credit cards (Visa, AMEX, Mastercard) and Apple Pay.
  • How often do you restock?
    We suggest visiting the product page and clicking the color way, product, and size that you're interested in and the "Notify Me" button in order to receive an email if the item does become available sometime at a later date.
  • Can I cancel or edit my order?
    We cannot cancel or edit orders once they are placed.
  • How do I track my order?
    Please use the tracking info provided in your shipping confirmation email.
  • When will my order ship?
    Orders can take up to 8-10 business days from the purchase date to be shipped.
  • My Tracking Information states that my order was delivered but I have not received it. What does this mean?
    Please email info@CartelDept.com, we’ll do our best to resolve this as quickly as possible.
  • What is your return policy?
    All sales are final. No refunds accepted, no returns honored. Items with significant factory defects are accepted for exchange within 48 hours from when the shipment is received.
  • What should I do if my order hasn't been delivered yet?
    Shipments may be subject to delays due to customs, regions, and national holidays. If you have yet to receive your order within 12 business days, or your estimated delivery date has passed, please contact us at Info@CartelDept.com

  • DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS OR EXCHANGES?
    All sales are final. No refunds accepted, no returns honored. Items with significant factory defects are accepted for exchange within 48 hours from when the shipment is received. We require that customers use the contact form for any problems with merchandise within 48 hours of receiving. Items must be in their original packaging, in as-new condition with printed receipts. In as-new condition is defined as unworn, unwashed, undamaged (beyond what is noted if exchanging due to factory defect), and unused. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange if the merchandise does not meet these criteria. Please allow 3-5 business days for refunds to process. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs incurred while sending merchandise back for exchange. If you have received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item please email Info@Carteldept.com Include the following: 1. Your order number 2. Name on the order 3. Email the order was made with 4. Your request and most importantly 5. A photograph demonstrating the quality of the print or the damaged area of the item.
